NGO "Borazan" has been founded in 1995 and has powerful creative and executive capacity. NGO "Borazan" is a founder of TV and Radio Company "TAV-DAIR". The organization published some books about actual problems. Hundreds of educational services have been helped for target groups. The organization has active partnership relationships with other non-governmental organizations in the world, as well as with the general public of the region. Strong partnership relationships have been established with many international funds and organizations. As a result, members of the organization regularly attend different conferences and seminars that significantly increase their knowledge level and enhance their problem-solving skills. For example in 2009 members of the board of NGO IEC 'Borazan' were invited for educational trip to the Czech Republic. The participation had become the reality for us by the result of the open contest among public activists from all Ukraine. By help of our active civic position we became not only the participants of the trip but the partners of the all project too. Now we are focused to provide the rights of national minorities. The failure of nation-states around the world to adequately realize the rights of their national minorities has and will continue to create extensive national and international political instability. The recognition, protection and promotion of such national minority rights are necessary to avoid the continued threat to international security and pervasive humanitarian crises. Ethno-cultural diversity has been with us a long time. History shows that the divisions it creates have initiated violent conflicts and protracted discrimination around the world. It is learning to live with the public expression and institutionalization of ethno-cultural diversity through the realization of minority rights that is necessary in order to live peacefully with such diversity and to alleviate the vulnerability of minority cultures to majority decisions. For the purposes of securing substantive equality of citizens it would be necessary to realize minority rights to provide external protections, such that minorities have the same opportunities as majorities to live and work within their own cultures. Informational and educational center «Borazan» already works more than 10 years to defense the rights and freedoms of repatriates in Crimea, Ukraine and in the world. Today, more than 300,000 Crimean Tatars are living in the Crimea Ukraine. Now, when Ukraine has exposed a hard desire to be integrated into Euro Union, time has come to activate the work of Civic Society Organizations to introduce of the international and particularly European standards in practical life of Ukrainian society. Lund's recommendations (The Lund Recommendations on the Effective Participation of National Minorities in Public Life), the Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities of 1995 (Article 15), the UN Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities of 1992 (Article 2, paragraphs 2 and 3) and U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, A/61/L.67, 2007 are important especially for Crimean Tatars, because they were settled separately in many countries of the world after forced deportation in 1944 by soviet regime. So they are national minorities not only in Ukraine. The world is becoming more and more democratic every day. The rights of national minorities are strengthened every decade in the world. Therefore our work will enable people from national minorities to meet the challenges worthy and ready. Such work is new opportunity for every social-active member of national minorities to show one's worth. By our help they may not only become active participants of decision-making processes in their communities, but go far to become deputies or even leaders of local communities. There is always has a chance for active skilled person.
